Oliver Spicer is Managing Director of Kroll’s Restructuring practice in Gibraltar and works closely with clients across Kroll’s global network including in the London market and Bermuda.  Prior to joining Kroll, Oliver was the Head of Systemic Firms and Intensive Supervision Team at the Gibraltar Financial Services Commission (GFSC). 

Oliver is Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investments (CISI), a Chartered Manager of the Chartered Manager Institute (CMI), Professional Member of the International Compliance Association (ICA) and an ICAEW Business and Financial Professional. In addition to this, Oliver holds a Diploma in advanced underwriting from the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII).
